Responsibility of maintaining the SLA and TAT.  Trainer for the new joiners in the team.  Assist the client with wrong transactions of their accounts with other broker dealer.  Reviewing the Representative’s details and discuss with clients via email.  Creating the Trackers, SOPs etc.  As cross training helping Networking team, Smart Works Team & Indexing Review Team in high volume..  Effective Interaction with the client.  Job Shadowing for New Team members.  Quality Check for the Trainees assigned.  Ability to work with flexibility of time day and night.
