Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. Create written versions of audio or video recordings, meetings, and conversations. Involves listening to audio and translating it into long-form text, reviewing drafts of written transcriptions, and liaising with clients to make sure they're happy with the final documents. As a usability tester, I focus primarily on the customer experience as they interact with software or a website, machinery or other product or service. I interact and evaluate what makes a website or other product work well and what can improve the experience of the end user.
