I offer fast and accurate data entry services with expertise in typing, document formatting, transcription, web research, Excel, and spreadsheet management. For smaller projects (like up to 30 minutes of audio or 500 rows of data), I can submit the work within 24–48 hours. Larger jobs are broken into milestones, so you’ll always see steady progress.

I’m comfortable handling bigger volumes too:  around 3–4 hours of audio transcription per week or datasets of 5,000+ rows. I work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Pages & Numbers, and OCR tools for scanned PDFs, and can clean, format, or convert just about any document type.

Transcription can be verbatim or lightly cleaned up, with timestamps and speaker labels if needed. On the data entry side, I can convert PDFs into spreadsheets, clean and de-duplicate rows, standardize dates/addresses, and make documents look consistent and professional.

The goal is always the same: clear, succinct and polished files that you can use immediately without having to fix errors or re-format.
