* Crystal Reports Development. Currently Developing Crystal Reports in a ColdFusion web-based environment. Responsible for design, development and testing as well as environment and database admin. * Application development team lead. Lead for a team of six people on Arbor B/P implementation. Designed and oversaw the development of custom applications, using Visual Basic, PL*SQL, and Crystal Reports, that were built to provide functionality above what was available from the clients' existing systems. This system of applications allowed the client to support their international client base into South America with existing operational support systems. * Data conversion subject matter expert. Planned and carried out data conversion projects for telecommunications clients to bring multiple legacy platforms into Arbor B/P telecom billing system.
