Customized an Access Accounting and Payroll system for a construction based company. Developed a module to handle Job Change Orders and Retainage. Automated the Retainage process in the invoice module. Integrated Job costing in Payroll and implemented proprietary GL account code system for the AP division. Developed a customized system in Access / Visual Basic to track the status of Purchase Orders and inventory. System will create Vendors PO, receive all or partial orders, ship complete or partial orders, create Back Order POs and will receive and ship BackOrders.     George did a great job for us getting our Access-based software smoothed out. We ran into a number of problems that we just couldn't solve - he put in a lot of hard work and came up with solutions that worked. He even put together a complete install version for us and brought various issues to our attention that we hadn't even noticed or thought of. We communicated mainly via email - he always explained what he was doing thoroughly and clearly. Any changes he made in our VB coding were all marked with explanations of what he'd done and why, so it's been very easy for us to go in and see how he made various things work. All his work is very consistant and thorough. I'd certainly recommend him to anyone needing to get their projects complete and off the ground. Thank you!
