1) Currently assisting in the design and development of J2EE based middleware for an enterprise loan processing system of a large financial institution as a development team lead. Responsible for the coding and testing of Java classes, Servlets, and EJBs deployed using IBM WebSphere App Server on Sun Solaris e4500 servers. Middleware contains the system's business logic and handles communication/access with back-end legacy systems/services. Leading stress testing effort and performance tuning of middleware components. This system has a nationwide rollout making scability and performance critical success factors.
