Hello, I am local based graphic designer in Seattle, WA who has a full on skill set in the Adobe Suite, I have developed my own portfolio website to demonstrate HTML and CSS competency while giving my works a digital home. My website was made completely from scratch, starting in photoshop I initially designed the layout and then sliced and structured with CSS3 in Adobe Dreamweaver.
