1. Designed a project management db system (HR, Acct, Inventory, etc.) for national service company. 2. Converted several Access db's into unified SQL Server 2K db. 3. Installed IIS 5 to tie into SQL Server 2K db via single DSN. 4. Administered Win2K network including Exchange 2K and Active Directory (some ADSI programming). 5. Have written countless ASP pages to tie into company db using ADO, custom COM's (via IIS), applets, DAP's, et al. 6. Set up customized IVR (interactive voice response) system to allow field-based techs to tie into db via telephone. 7. Have used many Win-32 API's (e.g. networking, HTTP/FTP, telephony). 8. Designed multiple geo-data systems using MS-MapPoint 2K's VBA COM.
