I have total 6.5 years experience in the IT field. I have prominently worked in the Datawarehousing and BI field. I worked on the technology like Netezza/Oracle Applications, PLSQL, NZSQL, UNIX, IBM API Dev , Mulesoft,UNICA,SSAS,SSPS,SSRS, SSIS, INFORMATICA, Datastage, XML development (Middleware) and Ingres OpenRoad and Shell scripting. I have experience in handling JIRA tool and ITIL tool like ServiceNow, OIVA etc. Apart from these I have also have basic knowledge of VBA, Python and C.I have worked in development as well as Support projects as a developer, tester and Business Analyst, so I am aware of the urgency of the tasks related to both. I am currently working in the Suncorp PPS project where I am the SME for the whole Production Support, System and Data analyst and Business Analyst. I have been handling some Agile ceremonies as well for my project, I have been handling a team of 12 people in the project. During the initial transition of the project I have also done Change Management as well. In my career before IBM I was involved in the Incident Management as well, where I handled the KPI reports and the individual performance records of the team.
