I am a 57 year old semi retired database administrator / developer, with over 25 years experience working with Oracle, IBM DB2, and SQl Server. Over 15 years of this experience was as a Lead Senior for Mid American Energy which is doing business as Pacificorp in Portland, Oregon. During this time I maintained over 35 crucial Oracle databases running on both Windows and UNIX platforms. As well, I was sole support for their IBM DB2 data warehouse which ran in an AIX parallel environment, and housed over 2 1/2 Terabytes of customer and employee data. I am proficient at SQL, PLSQL, UNIX Shell, Perl, Java, and VB. I have also written programs using J2EE and HTML. Finally, as project lead, I was responsible for implementing Oracle Identity Managment Suite, gaining Pacificorp single sign on capabilities in 4 states and the Phillipines.
