1. Dental Insurance Verification

✅Provide all PPO verifications for new or recall patients at least 2-3 business days before their appointment ✅Input the insurance coverage and other details accurately in practice management software. 

✅Update the verification forms every two weeks if the patient is scheduled again from last visit 

✅Answer all phone and chat inquiry about history and procedure coverage checking 

✅Post or update insurance fee schedule in practice management software 

2. Account Receivable Claims Tracing Sitting on hold with insurance companies doing follow ups and tracing claim denial and payments delay is really frustrating. I provide full service to mitigate outstanding insurance claims! 

✅Trace on all claims that hit over 30+ days aging and do follow ups 

✅Checking Electronic claims report from daily billing to ensure claims went through to the clearing house and avoid “no claim on file” from insurance companies. 

✅Daily checking of reports for approved and denied Notice of Authorizations 

3. Payment Posting 

✅Daily Insurance payment posting from the EOBs scanned by dental clients 

✅Posting of payments retrieve from online for Electronic Fund Transfer set up. 

✅Proper insurance adjustments to patients ledger
