Some forms will need to have the ability to be fillable, singable where needed, and forms will need to be able to calculate totals and other mathematical calculations. A few forms are in Excel spreadsheet format and will need to have the new design integrated and converted to pdf. There is a layout design with logo, color and font that will need to be added to all the forms along with pdf.
