I will do a full-stack design for you: everything from brainstorming with you, to producing wireframes and prototypes, to implementing the website in html5, SCSS and Javascript. I have a BSc from UC Berkeley, and a MSc from King's College London, both in information systems, design and behaviorism. I will of course happily do 'just' the design for your platform which you then implement yourself or implement already made wireframes as a pure development project.
