My core skills are in 3D design on Solidworks for Injection Moulded parts but I have also intensely used AutoCAD. I have experience in estimating as well as designing infrastructural medical engineering and clinical equipment for UK hospitals In the past, I've worked in design of medical gas pendants and equipment trolleys for hospitals across the UK. Sheet metal and extrusions were a fundamental part of most designs. I was also responsible for the mechanical CE marking of our equipment inline with the medical devices directive 13485. Currently I'm working for a hygiene systems manufacturer designing soap and paper dispensers with a heavy focus on injection moulding. My current role requires for me to wear many hats where I am not only developing current design and new prototypes, but project managing the manufacture of tooling in China and the production line in Hungary.
