I style and layout residential customer spaces through the selection of lighting, textiles, paint colors and furniture pieces within the Modsy Assortment based on the customer's request I detail options and ways to integrate previous or existing customer paint colors, furniture, lighting and textile pieces into residential spaces to work cohesively with newly suggested pieces where specified. I develop residential customer spaces that are functional and meet the customer's specific needs while managing to stay within the specified budget. I developed renderings of styled customer spaces through the Modsy workspace model software and website. I develop style notes detailing the rationale behind the selection of suggested paint colors, furniture, fixture and textile pieces incorporated within the newly styled customer spaces.
