My film over the past decade ranges across businesses covering retail, financial services, EPC, EPCM/PMC & Manufacturing Industries. In addition to being an MBTI practitioner, I am certified with a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Instructional Design and also hold a Harvard Manage Mentor degree to my credit. In my career span, I have covered a gamut of functional areas in Human Resources Planning, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Talent Management and Talent Development while working with various organizations. Have been progressively responsible for Designing the Framework for L&D Activities, Innovation in Process Improvement, Instructional Design, Facilitating Behavioural Programs (Classroom Programs, Theatre, Gamification, Virtual Classrooms, Learning Café’s, Outbound Programs, Blended Programs & Experiential Learning Programs), Conceptualizing, Planning and Executing various learning initiatives, Spearheading Change Management Initiatives, Designing & Conducting Assessment + Development Centre’s, Facilitating Capability Development Initiatives for Succession Planning and Management Development Programs across various levels of management. 1) Trained over 15000 professionals across all levels of Management with an average satisfaction index of 92% 2) Helped Organizations reduce 5% of their annual wage bills by designing Assessment & Development Centres that amalgamated with their succession planning models 3) Optimized the budget spends by saving 35% of the annual budget via designing behavioural content & delivering sessions across levels for various organizations 4) Helped organizations reduce their attrition rate on an average of 3% by designing career roadmaps by deploying various learning & development initiatives
