I would like to introduce myself, my name is Andrea Kökényesi-Nagy. I live in Hungary and I have worked in various areas of HR and development for the past 20 years. Every business goal, every company, every operation depends on the people working in it. The main goal of my professional life is the development of people. What kind of tool we use for this? Training, coaching, workshop, online tools, lectures, projects? It depends on the specific goal.

In the first 10 years I worked as an HR specialist, later HR leader (PanTel, Vodafone, OTP Bank, Commerzbank). After that I started my consultant life. I admit that I am proud of my clients: Caterpillar Hungary, Bosch, EGIS, AXA Bank, Metro, Hankook Tire, SEWS, Schneider Electric, McDonalds, Hungarian Post, Fundamenta, Guardian Hungary (not a complete list, just examples).
