Hello, Unlike other developers in the chatbot industry who primarily come from a tech or programming background, I have spent the last 20 years as a writer. I have written books, screenplays, and a wide gamut of non-fiction material. I first became interested in chatbots in 2016 when I realized that they were the perfect vehicle for creating a rich, interactive experience with little to no programming necessary.
