I'm an entrepreneur from Belgium specialized in guiding digital projects. I started out in 2007 as a web programmer specialized in php, html5, css & mysql. During the years I've helped over 100+ small to medium companies in Belgium to create a new website and webshop, so this is an expertise you can count on. In 2012 I've started to build more expertise in Business Analysis and Project Management, as the business was growing further and we started hiring more and more freelance developers and designers, and doing bigger projects. I've got the chance to help large companies in Belgium such as Eni, Hona & Wolters Kluwer in defining their digital strategy and exploring new digital business models. I challenged the management in their current strategies, did an analysis of the current business processes and did thorough customer research via persona's, customer journeys, touch points, etc. My biggest strenghts are in the first hour, when there is only an rough idea. I can help you shape your idea into a digital business. By analyzing both internal requirements and the behaviour of the customer, I'm able to define a clear business and enterprise architecture for your organization. I know how to create a solid business, program or project plan. I've done my fair share within projects as wel, covering a wide range of roles, from developer to product owner, from scrum master to project manager. During the past few years I got the chance to manage teams going from 3 to 25 people. Digital Strategy is what I love to do, as I grew up in my parents computer store, I'm a true digital native, with a very entrepreneurial mindset.
