2. Identifying stakeholders’ vision, and communicating with them proactively about the impediments and the progress of the milestones.
3. Understanding the purpose, with a bird's eye view of the team’s work, avoiding deviation of the track, and aligning the team towards the goal.
4. Measuring the process KPIs for continuous improvement.
5. Working with customers, product managers, and stakeholders to achieve the roadmap of the product.
6. Agile software delivery, sprint releases, and product backlog maintenance.
7. Team performance management, one-on-one feedback to team members weekly and immediately for quick and continuous improvement,
8. Engagement with cross-functional and dependent teams (onshore and offshore) to get the work done on time.
9. Mentoring and coaching the team to achieve efficiency.
10. Act as an additional resource in the team when there are loads and tight deadlines.
