I use Chief Architect software. It is designed specifically for residential and commercial applications. Up to 11 floors. Accurate to less than 1/16 of an inch. US and Metric measurements. See your Design in 3D before you start building, to lessen the chances of wasting money and problems later in the building stage. All I need is your sketches with some starting dimensions.
