Hello! I am a Top Rated Dutch to English translator on another freelancer platform and have decided to branch out after hearing a lot of good feedback about Guru. Medically trained, but certainly not limited to medical translation, I have successfully completed translations of various media, from brochures to websites, and from audio to video. I can transcribe and translate audio/video files and create a working English .srt, too. I also accept proofreading, content writing and research tasks. I will take on any subject, except legal. To date, specialized subjects I have successfully tackled include oceanographic research, IT and digital marketing, medical research, horticulture, engineering, veterinary medicine and the history of a well-known Dutch licorice manufacturer! I am not certified, but all of my work is of certification standard. I take the time to research what I am not 100% sure about, respect the wishes of the client, and always meet deadlines.
