Ecommerce Specialist (Amazon, Shopify)

I have a great experience working with Amazon.com as a chat support and Amazon seller central for a year now as a Procurement Specialist. My tasks include; customer service (email and chat support) order fulfilling, communication with the supplier, maintaining good standing of the store by responding on the customer product review and making sure the seller feedback is in good stand. I also assure that all the messages will be responded within 24hours. I also secure the warehouse for FBA items and do the graphics design for the listing. I also have experience looking for a supplier and building a spreadsheet for the possible supplier, scrapping inventory list and product research. In addition to that, I have also experience working in a Shopify store where I do the customer service fulfilling orders, contacting suppliers, managing eBay seller account and also Social media moderator. In addition, prior my home-based experience (eCommerce), I was also a customer support in a BPO industry where I directly work to some of the biggest company in the US, Amazon.com, FTD.com, Metlife, and Interflora. In my 3 years experience as a customer support, I must say that I acquired the professional level as CSR, I handled Chat support, Phone, Email, and Live Chat). To sum it up, my experience and skills are my edges why I am the best fit for the job position.
