Over 19 years of experience in the field of Planning, Formulation, Evaluation, Management, and Monitoring of Public Investment Projects and Programs with Multilateral Financing Funds (WB, IDB, JICA, KfW and CAF). Knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for Programs and Projects; as well as Logical Framework. Experience in the development and actualization of management instruments (Operational Plans, Operational Manuals and Regulations of Organization and Functions). With the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems; as well as for the coordination and organization of teamwork and under pressure.
