I have more than eight years of experience in daily newspapers. Those years taught me a few things: I find satisfaction in eliminating mistakes in grammar and punctuation; I enjoy taking a good story and making it better; and I work well on deadline! But after all those years of news editing, I decided that I wanted to apply my skills to other types of communication. A freelance business gives me the flexibility to care for my family while helping others improve their verbal image. I have eight years of newspaper editing experience, which has taught me to edit fast and edit well.
