• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
• Act as a bridge between the company and customer.
• Set up meetings with potential clients.
• Review customer RFQ specifications and identify any issues that require follow up with design & sales teams.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Develop final pricing and package of all cost and data to complete offer.
• Create customer final proposal using the standard templates.
• Respond the commercial issues and customer clarifications via Management.
• Meet the customers to freeze the technical and commercial specification.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design and customer to execute the order smoothly.
• Handling Day to Day activities according to their urgency.
• Planning for next day activities and complete all that on the time.
• To arrange the inspections & coordinate the smooth inspection.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• To collect the payment and closing the contract.
• To submit GTP and drawings to customers.
• To arrange the inspections & coordinate the smooth inspection.
• To make the order in Hand list, Supply bill list, Offer List, Potential Customer List.
• To collect the payment, releasing the BG and closing the contract.
• Coordinate operation, installation, Maintenance, Support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with Specification and requirement.
• Other misc. work given by Management.
