Design and Execution • Load Calculation and sizing of transformer, Generators, UPS, MDB’s and Sub DB’s as per required standards. • Designing and planning for underground 11KV/400 V Distribution feeders for housing colonies. • Preparation of Single Line Diagrams and load schedule for electrical power and Lighting for residential and commercial buildings. • Preparation of shop drawings and taking the approval from the consultant. • Selection and sizing of LT and HT cables, circuit breakers and capacitor bank under various load conditions. • Illumination design with Dialux EVO software for different types of application. • Make Proposal drawing and taking the approval from the consultant. • Guiding Draughtsman to prepare Electrical Shop drawings and sectional drawings as per requirements. • Reviewing shop drawing services such as Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting System and Fire Alarm Systems for its correctness, discrepancies and co-ordination aspects. • Solving problems in layouts due to discrepancies of services with architectural, structural, reflected ceilings layouts and making proposals. • Co-ordination of Electrical services along with Mechanical services such as HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems • Low Current System Designing such as CCTV, Fire alarm system, Nurse Call System, Data and Networking System and public address system. • Making AutoCAD drawings of electrical systems such as shop and As-Built drawings, layouts, typical, grounding, Panel schedule, data system, CCTV System, Fire Alarm System, Lighting system, Projector System, and lighting. • Familiar with the locals, national or international Electrical standards. • Preparation of electrical survey reports • Execution of electrical works as per ? single line diagrams, Riser diagrams, Layout diagrams for all electrical system. ? Panel boards installation as per their load schedule. • Low current system installation such as CCTV system, Data System, Fire alarm system, Public Address System, Audio and Visual System and data networking system per their approved shop drawings. Testing, Inspection and QA/QC • Inspection of Electrical Installation at Site carried out by Contractors • QA/QC documentation and review Contractor construction electrical procedures. • Supervise and Monitor Installation of Transformers, Switchgear, Generators, Motors, Cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel & all electrical equipment including Grounding system. • Coordination with company representatives. Regarding planning & Design review. • Preparation of material inventory. • Perform routine inspection and document, result in accordance with approved Standard & ITP plan. • To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries. • Prepare method statements and ITPs in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and Project engineers. • Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements.
