• Over 20 years of engineering experience in electronic board and system design and optimization. 

• Strong experience in electronic system power management, including AC/DC, DC/DC and Li-Ion battery charge/fuel gauge, as well as PFC and PSR applications in power design. 

• Very familiar with various kinds of discrete parts including: bipolar transistor, MOSFETs, IGBT and SCRs, etc. 

• Work bandwidth is from initial idea to block diagram; detail schematics to PCB layout conducting and prototype bring-up to test fixture implementation for mass production.

• Know how to improve design for lowest cost and power consumption, smallest size and fastest prototype, etc.

• Expertise in high-speed digital signal design technics for signal integrity optimization. 

• Knowledge of ESD/EMI compliant in a series of interfaces / protocols design.

• Very proficient with Cadence (ORCAD) for schematics capture and PCB layout. 

• Some assembly and scripts coding / programming experience. 

• Trained with Labview / Teststand coding for test and validation automation setup.

• Strong skill in organization, technical documentation and interpersonal.
