• Segmentations, Contact/Prospect Group Creations.
• Building Scheduled reports.
• Building marketing campaigns.
• Involved in building the Lead Score Model to leverage the contacts in the Eloqua database as per the client’s requirements.
• Involved in setting up the integration between Eloqua-SFDC and Eloqua-Siebel through External Calls.
• Involved in Lead Drop down Analysis for different regions.
• Reporting campaigns based on KPI’s (Open Rate, Clickthrough, bounce back, Unsubscribes etc.) as per the clients requirements.
• Involved in Campaign Management
• Creating Emails and Landing Pages, Forms
• Reporting through Eloqua Insights
