I have a good experience of resource coordinator. My work was to hire resource from supplier and provide them to client like Einstein healthcare, Jackson Healthcare, Google, ABB and LinkedIn ect. My responsibilities are to enrolled the resouce in VMS(our tool) and send him/her welcome emails. Then needs to follow up with suppliers and resources for documents, certification, Background Investigation and Drug Test. After collecting documents, we are activating the reasouce and sending them timesheet instructions emails via CRM. I have good communication skill and email communication skill.
