- Good mix of technical and project management experience in R&D sector.- Proven experience in successfully executing complex technology projects involving multiple disciplines with through knowledge of Project and Management processes and tools- Exceptional analysis and planning abilities essential in achieving overall organizational objectives- Good understanding of technical domain competencies Virtual prototyping – ESL, embedded systems, HW Ips/Platforms.- Good understanding of organizational processes, policies and practices like CMM & CMMi.- Good Engineering Knowledge on Virtual Prototyping solutions, different hardware plat forms, Embedded, Tools and Infrastructure- Good knowledge of Project Management principles with hands-on experience in Estimation, Planning & Tracking, Risk Management, Reporting and Release management- Exposure to product life cycle, roadmap, portfolio, project life cycle right from requirements to delivery.
