For equipment control, I have good understanding of the SECS/GEMS protocol, exact tools like MicroControl Taper/Detaper, ThermaWave Therma Probe 500 and Fusion M 200 PCU. Also Tango for simulator development for TP500, MicroControl, and Fusion. Recent Client Work Undertaken: Developed DC Linear Current Signal Injector prototype with 16F628 for valves and other actuators commissioning. Analysis, design, data modeling and programming the in-house Shipment Tracking System for GloBonus Logistic. Conduct courses on design with microcontroller, using PIC16F628, 16F877A and Atmel AT89C52. Design 16F877 based controller for pipe cutter which normally operate stand alone and parameters can be configured over RS232 to replace existing PLC.
