My media and entertainment experience includes all aspects of legal counsel in documentary and movie production, and the drafting or review of all entertainment agreements. My intellectual property experience includes both contentious and non-contentious advice on copyright and trademark matters. My employment law experience lies in both state and federal employment discrimination and retaliation, and also labor law counseling in connection with wage and overtime laws. I also have significant litigation experience in all the above areas of law, representing individual clients and large corporations. I am also adept at settling disputes both before and after a lawsuit is initiated.
