I do circuit design, control systems design, PCB design, embedded processor and firmware programing. I've done DC and Stepper motor controllers, LED drivers, coin box simulators, lock testers, CMM to CompactLogix interfacing, and facility security (cameras, intercoms, microwave, fence shakers and door control integration). I prefer Microchip microprocessors and Digikey as a supplier. For small volume production I recommend thru-hole designs and surface mount (SMT) designs for higher volume production (+1K units). For project documentation, I provide two notebooks with Schematics, BOM, manufacturing quotes, PCB drawings, assembly drawings and test procedures. We also provide PCB assembly and testing services for our customers.
