Born 29 years ago in Uruguay, South America, I have a software developer degree and I've been working as a QC analyst for the past 6 years. However, I'm much more interested in getting short to medium length translation jobs from this site, due to the available time I have according to my main job and other activities. I'm a Spanish native speaker, and although I don't have a professional translation degree, I spent over 10 years studying English, achieving a Cambridge University certified advanced level, with the best qualifications of my class. While still at college, I used to help English students giving them support tuition in order to have an extra income to pay for my studies, and I still do it from time to time when my schedule is not too heavy. Besides that, as I work for an international software outsourcing company, I spend most of my time at the office speaking with English native speakers (both, American and British), and any written type of communication has to be done in English too, meaning that I'm in contact with the language on a daily basis.
