I am a 44-year-old executive that has found his passion and leading others out of the dark. The only way that one can lead one out of the dark is to have experience the darkness themselves. I have the gift of encouragement this applies to sales and communicating with all individuals which are human beings. I have worked in healthcare for the last 14 years which is taught me about increasing one’s capacity. It has nothing to do with brain intelligence it has to do with the capacity to feel. I write based upon experiences in the moment when the experience has taken place. I never saw myself as leading one through their fear but this is what I have become.
