- Implementation of basic waste management from waste generation until disposal - Implementation recycling program - Engaging communities in the solid waste management - Communication with authorities (Government, Municipality) and private sector (eg. recycling companies) - Managing HSECQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Community and Quality) and other relevant data and records - Ensuring that HSECQ plan are supported and aligned - Ensuring that HSECQ RT standards are integrated into planning and executed at the project - Reviewing project risk register and management plans - Planning and delivering HSECQ training and coaching to equip personnel to operate in accordance with standards - Monitoring and auditing performance on a project to identify non-compliances or opportunity for improvement. - Supporting engagement with certification bodies end ensuring ISO compliance
