My professional focus has been aimed at the intersection of land use and transit, leading small teams, or directly supervising them. My experience over the past 10 years is primarily in land use analysis, development monitoring, redevelopment, demographic research estimates and forecasting for Title IV and Linguistic Isolation, and transportation analysis using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Much of this work has been concentrated in the Federal Grant reporting process such as FTA Small Starts and other programs such as FHWA Transportation and Community and System Preservation (TCSP) projects in Florida and Texas.
