My passion in estimating inspires me to continue working as an ESTIMATOR even after leaving Middle East. I have worked as an Estimator for almost 18 years particularly in Bahrain, Kuwait and in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The projects I have been involved with include all product streams such as commercial, education, residential, health and industrial schemes and cover both private and government building projects. I have a strong knowledge in pricing a complete project and submit it at the specified submission date. I am proficient using Candy Estimating Software. I learned to handle all aspects of tendering department, from preparing the Project Information Sheet up to Tender Submission. These also includes sending enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers. Scrutinizing their quote whether it conforms to the project specification before incorporating into the bid. Attending site meetings. Drawing and specification interpretation and reviews. Meeting with the concerned Internal Department. Preparing Query Lists for submission to Consultant. Pricing the direct work and indirect work.
