Been using Planswift for last 12 years and have 4 years estimating from hard copy blueprints. Experience Estimating and Bidding Commercial project, such as; Educational, Big Box, Government, Office Retail, & Multi Family Apartments and Residential. Mostly Experienced in Commercial Construction, areas such as: Drywall, Metal Framing, Insulation, ACT, Painting. Other areas I am Experienced; Flooring (Tile, VCT, Carpet, Etc.), Roofing, Siding, & wood framing Residential & Commercial, along with some CMU, Brick, EIFS, Stucco & Concrete Take-offs.
