Microsoft Certified Master Instructor / Excel and Access SME / DB Admin (SQL and VBA) I just completed a Database Management and Technical Writer contract for the NYC Dept. of Education. I managed, revised and documented a number of database systems tracking the status of special needs students in the NYC public schools. Prior to that, I completed a Database Management contract for JP Morgan-Chase. Using MS Access, I created a customized solution to track global screening and allow client to comply with Federal Regulations. The solution replaced client's excel based process. In addition to customized forms, reports and VBA, I authored all business documentation and training materials.
