I can create a working model with a balance sheet and income statement as well as cash flow statement if necessary, often monthly going out as far as needed. Assumptions are clearly identified and can easily be adjusted for various sensitivity cases or other analysis. I also act as a commercial finance consultant, helping businesses find the capital they need. This can involve simply helping get materials together in a way that is easily understood by bankers or can involve complete structuring guidance, projections and negotiations with a potential lender.
