My name is Marjorie Lewis, I was employed to the Ministry of Education for eighteen years. During this time I have been a school Business administrator. My job contained writing job descriptions,writing reports, letters to stake holders, letters for teachers to business organizations. I also liaison with our Ministry of Education both verbally and written. I was the secretary and a Business Administrator, in which all letters originating from my department would have to be done by me. Although typing was not my main function it became an every day duty as i have to type on a daily basis, whether notes or figures. Writing was a regular part of my function, which had to be at it highest.
