• I have experience in finalizing financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, Trial Balances, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), Cash Flow, Fund Flow, and reconciling debtor and creditor accounts, of the selected companies under my responsibility. Following discussions and reporting to the management team, I submitted these statements to our designated CA firm for auditing.
• I perform accounting tasks using any software because I possess a deep understanding of accounting principles. Software is designed for accounting, not the other way around, adhering to standard accounting practices.
• I have taken on the responsibility of all Group of company incorporation, handling ROC filings, Director KYC, Company KYC, DIN registration, and all other ROC filing-related tasks as part of my role.
• I have managed various aspects of compliance and registrations for all Group of Companies, including patent right filings, GST, TAN, Professional Tax (P.TAX), PAN, FSSAI, Trade licenses, and other relevant registrations, with full responsibility for overseeing and ensuring their completion.
• I held the monthly responsibility for conducting Factory Accounts and Stock Audits for selected companies, with subsequent reporting to the management.
• I effectively managed and supervised staff while resolving various accounting, stock, and miscellaneous inquiries for the designated factory under my purview.
• I was responsible for e-filing GST, ROC, Income Tax, and TDS for selected Companies, as well as handling the personal income tax filings for all management-level individuals.
• Solving the Audit query during the Income tax Audits and GST Audit of the selected companies. • Monthly Tax Calculation of GST, and paid through online Payments.
• E-Way Bill Generation as per companies/schedule requirements.
• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) of the selected companies under my responsibility. • I have also the E-Filing of Quarterly TDS Preparations & E- filings.
