• Working on budgeting, reporting, and forecasting. • Reviews and analyzes a variety of accounting data including end of month journal accounts and accruals relating to operating statements, payroll, sales audit, inventory, and other accounting operations. • Checks for discrepancies or inconsistencies and implements corrective action to ensure current and accurate file maintenance. • Support the accounting activities which include accounting for account reconciliations, estimating, and posting. • Monitoring and costing the inventory for month-end reporting. • Supervise the preparation of payrolls ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with company policies. Review and approve all related payroll earnings and deductions including tax, deductions, etc. • Supervises general accounting works such as monthly journal entries, weekly, monthly forecasting. • Monitors fixed asset accounts and depreciation. • Played a key role in assisting internal and external auditors during the audit process. .
