•Outstanding and Long-term Administrative Support, Customer Support Services, and Financial Skills. •Skilled at learning new concepts quickly while working well under pressure •Trustworthy, Dependable, Focused, Detail-Oriented, and a very quick learner. •Excellent Communication Skills, Great Judgment and Problem Solving Skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, and various other computer programs •Successful at answering telephone calls, sending and receiving faxes and mailings, and invoices for payment. •Great at maintaining an online database for important electronic files and programs •Able to manage the Outlook calendars of multiple individuals, schedule meetings, coordinate trainings and conference calls, and send out agendas for meetings. Attend all meetings to take notes, and send out meeting minutes at the conclusion. When coordinating for annual meetings and/or trainings, ensure meeting space is accurate as well as food service, and review that all materials and equipment are present. •Responsible for keeping website current and making changes when necessary. •Responsible for multiple leaders’ monthly expense reports, coordinating travel frequently, ordering supplies and keeping a log of supplies. •Review and send out monthly insurance charge-backs and analysis, send out weekly status reports and update and maintain distribution lists.
