I am a business attorney with experience in the US, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. I have worked as Corporate Counsel for many global companies, overseeing legal matters in the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Additionally, I practiced in the private sector and now manage my legal consultancy. I have litigation experience and have represented clients in lawsuits as well. However, my specialty is contract law, corporate law, legal documentation, Civil Law, and Immigration.
