Most recent experience includes serving as General Counsel for a subsidiary of a Fortune 300 company, where I was the senior manager responsible for leading the company’s Legal and Compliance Division. Previous experience includes as Director and Associate General Counsel with the country's largest financial services company, where I advised the Board of Directors on governance, reorganization, and risk matters; consulting roles with Top 5 consulting firms; and an associate attorney position with an AmLaw 100 firm. I started my legal career with a federal regulatory agency and hold a Joint J.D./M.B.A. from a Top 35 Law School, and a B.A. with Honors from a Top 45 liberal arts college.
