I am a certified Salesforce System Administrator. I assisted in the design, customization, and implementation of my company's Salesforce Org when we transitioned to using Salesforce as our new CRM three years ago. I manage multiple projects on a daily basis and utilize configuration, workflow, and process builder to customize Salesforce to meet an organization's business needs. I have a Bachelor's of Mass Communications, a Bachelor's of Information Technology, and a Master's of Management. As I mentioned, I also hold a Salesforce System Administrator certification.
