I am an experienced editor, writer and proofreader for academic, creative and technical works and resumes. I am additionally a published writer myself. I have formal training in grammar, syntax and sentence structure from my degree in Classics. English grammar and syntax have traditionally been learned through Classical training. I have further formal training in editing for publication from my Masters degree, for which editing and proofreading courses were mandatory. I have successfully edited five Masters level theses, three bachelors level theses, and a variety of creative pieces that have since been published. As a former Teacher's Assistant, I have over three years of experience in the evaluation and editing of academic works. These include extended proposals, essays, and theses, both at the Bachelors and Masters levels. In addition, I worked for two years as a technical editor for a digital storage firm that specialized in handling sensitive government and medical documents. I am detail oriented, communicate frequently with my clients and am always punctual with my submissions.
